PART 2: TERMS OF SERVICE

13. ACCEPTING THESE TERMS

By accessing our website and/or purchasing products or services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use our services.

14. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Using our services for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.

15. ACCOUNT & SUBSCRIPTIONS

• You are responsible for maintaining your account security

• You must provide accurate and complete information

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

• Paid subscriptions are charged in EUR

• Payments and services process/delivered using Everfit

Automatic renewal details, pricing, and cancellation procedures will be provided at checkout and in your account dashboard.

16. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments are processed via third-party providers. We do not directly handle or store unencrypted credit card numbers. All payment data is transmitted securely.

17. COPYRIGHT AND CONTENT USE

All content on the website, including text, graphics, images, videos, and software, is owned by Longelity or its licensors and protected by Dutch and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

18. HEALTH & RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Fitness content and recommendations provided are for educational purposes only. They are not medical advice and do not guarantee results or aim to treat any type of condition. You should consult your physician before starting any fitness program.

By using the services, you accept responsibility for any risks related to your health and fitness activities.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longelity and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Personal injury or outcomes from fitness content

• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in service or product descriptions

20. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Longelity from any third-party claims arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

21. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

We may suspend or terminate access with or without notice if you violate these Terms or for operational reasons.

22. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts.

23. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance.

24. REFUNDS

Refunds can be requested in the first 7 days after the program has started without any reason.

25. CANCELATIONS

Refunds for canceling a program after the 7 days trial period cannot be claimed.
